Overview
Employee profiles provide a comprehensive view of skills, proficiencies, and development areas based on skill mappings. This tab displays current competency levels, identifies strengths and improvement areas, and allows authorized users to perform skill evaluations directly from the profile.
Accessing Employee Skill Profiles
Navigate to People section
Select the employee you want to view
Click on the Skills section tab
Understanding the Skills Display
Skills Shown on Profiles
The profile displays skills that come from:
Active skill mappings connected to the employee's position
Skills evaluated in 1-on-1 reviews
📌 Note: You can turn off showing 1-on-1 evaluated skills in Settings > Company Settings > Skills
Proficiency Information Displayed
For each skill, the profile shows:
Skill Name: The competency being measured
Current Proficiency: The latest assessed level
Expected Proficiency: Based on position and mapping
Performance Indicator: Visual comparison to expectations
