How to edit/delete/create new future goals during the interview phase?

During the interview phase, the reviewer can edit/delete/create new future goals.

Using the pencil or garbage that appears when passing over the objective, the reviewer will be able to edit or delete the goal. Using the Create Goals button, the reviewer can create new future objectives for the reviewee.
