Back to preparation phase
It is possible for the reviewer to go back to preparation phase on a review by clicking on the three dots at the very right side of the review and then by clicking on "Go back to preparation phase" :

Back to interview phase
As an administrator, It's possible to cancel the validation of one manager and go back to interview phase by clicking on the three dots then "Go back to interview phase" :
It is the same process when the review is validated by both participants.
After you shared the review
While the review is still on preparation phase, it is possible to edit my preparation even if I already shared it with the reviewer.
To do so, you need to:
Go to your Dashboard
Click on the three little dots at the end of the relevant line
Click on Modify preparation
To share it again to the reviewer, you need to get to the end of the preparation and click on Confirm and Finish.
