It is possible to customize the photo of an employee's profile page

From your admin area > user > you can select a collaborator and access their profile information.

Thanks to the pencil button at the top right, you will have access to the changes and therefore to the image configuration

Click on the photo to edit it:

I don't have access to the profile page editing>> You can forward this request to your HR/Admin.

Which photo format works?

To integrate your photo on your Javelo profile, you must have a square image in .jpg or .png format.

Preferably, the image should be more than 300x300 pixels and within the limit of 1MB.
