How does the My team tab work?
Updated over a week ago

The "My team" tab has been developed for managers, to make it easier for them to manage their team's interviews. At the top of each page, you'll find a number of graphs providing a more global and visual view of :

-The average goal attainment of all your team members -The status of your team's objectives -Team interview statuse

The My team category is divided into 5 tabs:

- Reviews: This tab contains all your team members' interviews. It allows you to keep track of maintenance in progress or completed, thanks to filters that make it easy to use.

- Goals: This tab groups together all the objectives of your team members, with an indication of the status of the objective (at risk, in progress, etc.) and the possibility of filtering by person. You can evaluate your collaborators' objectives by clicking on the line of the objective in question, and modify the objectives by clicking on the 3 small dots on the right.

Depending on the settings in admin, the manager will be able to create a goal for his colleagues by clicking on New Goal in the top right corner.

- Importing objectives allows you to import large numbers of targets for your N-1s using an Excel file.

- Training: This tab lists all your team members' training requests, with information on status (pending HR, validated...) and training priority (P1, P2, P3...). From this tab, depending on your admin settings, you can request training for your team members by clicking on the "Request training" button.

- Teams: in this tab, you can click on the names of your N-1s to access their profile sheets.

As an N+X, you can also view information on your N-Xs. For example, a N+2 can use the filters in the top right-hand corner of the "My team" menu to view information on his N-2s (interviews, objectives, training, teams).
