When you arrive on My Team, you have 2 selectors at the top of the page: "Teams" on the left and "Collaborators" on the right.

The team selector allows you to select one or more managers below you under your responsibility (N-X):

When you select managers in "Teams", you will access all the information of the selected managers as well as all the N-1s of these managers:

In this example, we will be able to find information about the manager Lyman as well as about the N-1s of Lyman (Micheline). If we tick Micheline, we will only find information about Micheline (interviews, objectives, training).

To summarize:

- No filters selected --> you have access to all the information of your team members (your N-1s) --> interviews, objectives, training

- Only one or more employees are checked in "Employees": you have access to all the information of your N-1s checked --> interviews, objectives, training

- A manager is selected in "Teams" --> you have access to all the information of the selected manager as well as the N-1s of the selected manager.
