If during your import, you selected I do not want to send invitations at the moment then the notifications will be disabled, which means that the employee will not receive emails related to the launch of your campaigns, reminders, updates of interviews...).

📌 Invitations to connect to Javelo do not depend on this status. A disabled notification does not prevent receiving the invitation email from logging in.

How to identify the status of notifications

In the People category, the notification status is shown in the Notifications column.

Enable or disable notifications

  • Massively: In the People category, select the relevant collaborators and then select Enable Notifications or Disable Notifications from the menu.

  • Individual: In the People category, click the three dots at the end of the corresponding line and select Enable Notifications or Disable Notifications.

📌 If a user is active and has their notifications disabled , the For authentication only status will appear which means that they will only receive emails inviting them to log in to Javelo as well as password reset emails but not emails related to the launch of campaigns, reminders, updates of interviews...
