Today, we are happy to announce a one-click manager report transfer feature. This new functionality allows HR to quickly and easily transfer reports from one manager to another in just one step, significantly reducing time spent on manual tasks and improving overall efficiency.

With this latest update, HR users can now find a dedicated "Transfer" button next to managers' names within the People Explorer interface. This button is only visible for managers. By clicking on the "Transfer" button, users are presented with a simple modal window where they can select a new manager for transferring reports.

Once the desired new manager has been selected and confirmed by clicking on "Transfer reports," all relevant reports will be automatically transferred under their supervision.

In cases where transfers cannot be completed due to various restrictions or limitations (e.g., incompatible department assignments), you will be notified via an error message explaining why the action could not take place.
