Launch a 360 review campaigns

360 review campaigns require the use of a questionnaire. To do this, Javelo has provided you with specific questionnaires.

Launch a 360 campaign

To start your campaign, click the Performance tab and then in the Campaign category. If you have not created a questionnaire, see the article.

Click New Campaign at the top right.

Select 360 Review.

Create a 360 campaign

Review setup

Give the campaign a name.

💡To find it more easily, we recommend adding a date to the title.

Click the Anonymous 360 Maintenance Campaign button to make the campaign anonymous or not. If the campaign is anonymous, it is anonymous for everyone with access to the result (administrator, manager, rated).

Reviewees

Then choose the employees to evaluate. You can choose to evaluate all employees, one or more groups, one or more employees.

Click Next once the choice is made.

Participants

Then choose the evaluation topic. It is possible to choose several topics from those proposed. After making your choice, click Next.

  • Self: The employee evaluates himself

  • Manager: The manager evaluates the employee

  • Peers: Colleagues of the employee evaluate it

  • Subordinate: Managers are evaluated by their teams.

  • Custom: The employee is evaluated by persons of his choice.

For custom assessments, several options are available.

  • Set the maximum number of nominees: Choose the maximum number of nominees from the drop-down menu.

  • The manager must approve each appointment: Enable manager validation of each appointment.

  • The manager can add nominees: Allow the manager to nominate more people.

  • Set the deadline for approval of nominees by the manager: Set a target date for the manager to agree to the appointees.

Questionnaire

Then choose a questionnaire from those {pre-created in 360 format). Once the questionnaire is selected, click Next.

Click Preview at the end of a line to open a new tab and view the questionnaire content.

Timeline

Choose the end date of the campaign.

Creation

Edit the default message sent to employees for the campaign launch. Then click Set up a campaign draft.

In case of an anomaly, if a reviewer is missing for example, a red written filter above the collaborators allows you to determine possible errors.

It is also possible to modify to add reviewers for each reviewer.

Click on the three dots at the end of the corresponding line and select Edit Participants.

In the menu on the right, add Reviewers (Employees or Group) or Observers (Employees or Group).

When the campaign is ready, click Launch Campaign at the top right. The Create Maintenance Campaign menu allows you to further edit the message to your employees before clicking Launch Campaign.

The report

Once the campaign is over, you can share the report with respondents.

Once the campaign is launched and before the report is shared, the following people can see the answers, by default:

  • The manager of the evaluated

  • The N+X of evaluation

  • The HR group members responsible for the evaluated group

  • The HR Administrator

  • Observers added to the campaign

📌Anonymous responses are anonymous if you choose Anonymous 360 Maintenance Campaign in the Setting campaign creation step.

⚠️If the manager is one of those evaluated, he or she cannot access the report until it is shared.

⚠️Assessed HR group members can see the answers but not the report until it is shared.

Once the campaign is launched and the report is shared, evaluators and individuals listed above can view the responses and report:

Click Share Report at the top right to share the report with all users.

Check the box to allow the report to be shared with interviewees and evaluators.

Check the box at the top left to select all or some of the evaluators, and choose Share Report to share with all selected individuals and their evaluators.

Finally, you can click on the three dots at the end of a user's line and select Share Report to share it individually.
