How to configure the synchronization between ADP DECIDIUM and Javelo?
Step 1- Create a request on Siebel
For this step, you need to create a ticket through Siebel e-ticketing system to activate the connector.
Here is an overview of the process, which can also be found in this template:
To start the integration with Javelo, you will have to request the activation of the integration via e-Service. Please submit a ticket with the subject “partner integration activation”.
This ticket will be forwarded to Marketplace Client Support queue and will be routed to Marketplace Integration team. ADP will directly manage the consent process with you. ADP will inform Javelo that the process has been initiated.
As soon as ADP Integration team receives the signed Client Instructions Agreement document, production gateway will be opened, and credentials shared with Javelo via secure file transfer.
After receiving the ticket, ADP sends an Agreement consent via Siebel.
You should sign the document and then return it to ADP using Siebel.
Step 2- Javelo’s side
ℹ️ This actions will be done by your CSM team.
Once the documents have been handed over to ADP:
ADP opens the environment and sends credentials to Javelo.
Javelo will be granted access to API endpoints and implement the connector.
How to deactivate the synchronization?
💡 You need admin access to perform this action.
If you need to interrupt the synchronization, you can come back to the Integrations tab and click “Disconnect” at the bottom of ADP DECIDIUM integration panel.
When are user’s being synchronized?
Users will be automatically synced every morning.
⚠️ Users need to have unique email addresses. User with duplicate email address will not be synchronised. Make sure users in ADP DECIDIUM have unique email addresses.
