Simbel uses our public API to synchronize trainings with Javelo platform.

How to configure the synchronization between Simbel and Javelo?

<code>⚠️ The access to the integration settings requires specific authorizations (Company Manager role).</code>

Go to “Settings" (⚙️ icon) in the upper right corner of your Javelo account.

 Select “Integrations” from the navigation menu under the Company section.

Click "Configuration" in Simbel integration panel.

Set the Webhook URL and Webhook secret provided by Simbel, and send the URL and Token to Simbel.

1. Go to “Settings" (⚙️ icon) in the upper right corner of your Javelo account.
    
2.  Select “Integrations” from the navigation menu under the Company section.
    
3. Click on the "Trainings" tab.
    
4. Click "Configuration" in Simbel integration panel.
   
    
5. Click "Activate Simbel".
   
    
6. Set the Webhook URL and Webhook secret provided by Simbel, and send the URL and Token to Simbel.


💡 Provide all the information displayed in the Simbel sync configuration to your Simbel Customer Support Manager so they can set up the integration on their side.

❗The token is displayed only once. If needed, you can regenerate a new one that you will have to communicate again to Simbel.
