Launch trial follow-up campaigns (Automatic campaign)
Updated over a week ago

The automatic campaigns module will allow you to launch all types of employee follow-up interviews (Amazement Report, Trial Period Follow-up Interview, End of Trial Period Interview).

To set up these different interviews, you will first need to go to Settings > Custom field and click on Create a custom field.

Then, create a field on the profile page called Start date or Hire date, select the Date fill option and click Save.

Then, go to Performance > Campaign, click on an interview framework specific to automatic campaigns

You will then just have to create a field on the profile page called date of start or date of hire and select the "Date" fill option

After creating the custom field, you will need to fill in the hiring date of your employees concerned.

You can fill in this information directly on the employee's profile page or via the excel import file.

1. Launch of the "Astonishment Report" campaign

I launch an automatic campaign 1 month after the date of hire or I choose the launch date with the mention "date picker" if I do not want to create a field on the profile page.

A video on how to set up automatic campaigns can be found attached

On Javelo, the manager is automatically placed as an evaluator on the interviews.

Since the astonishment report is usually conducted by a member of human resources, you have the option to modify this evaluator thanks to the notion of fields on the profile page.

You will find the detailed process attached

2. Follow-up Trial Period Interview

The launch of follow-up interviews during the trial period is identical to that of astonishment reports. All you have to do is create an automatic campaign and set up the launch 2 months after the date of hire.

3. End-of-trial interview

The start of the end-of-trial interview will take place 3 months after the date of hiring.
