For your information, interviews are not triggered in the following situations :
The reference date (date of hire for example) is not entered on the employee's profile page>> How do I modify a field on the profile page?
The reference date is greater than the trigger period. Ex:
- The triggering of the interview is set up 2 weeks after the date of hire
- The date of hire entered is already more than two weeks old at the time of filling in the data on the profile page.
The employee does not have a manager listed on their profile page
- The interview cannot take place as part of a one-to-one

The employee is not one of the specific employees targeted (if you have opted for this setting)
- Make sure that the employee's information (Custom field, group, etc.) matches the filter applied
In case you want to schedule/start a new interview, it is not yet possible to manually add it to the current automatic campaign. We therefore recommend that you:
Option 1: Play on the reference date from the profile page so that the interview can be triggered.
Option 2: Manually start maintenance.
💡 Finally, note that a scheduled interview will be visible to the HR admin from the campaign, but not from the reviewed/reviewer profile page. They will receive a notification on the scheduled day of the interview.
