How to share my preparation
To share your preparation, you need to enter the relevant review and to click on Confirm and finish at its end.
Then you can click on I HAVE FINISHED, share my answers in the screen you reached, that will give access to your preparation answers to the other review interlocutor.

At the end of the preparation phase of your interview, you will be able to share your answers with your evaluator or assessee.

I/ Sharing choices and their impacts related to visibility
The different choices of sharing or not sharing preparations will have an impact on the visibility of the preparations.
Here are the different scenarios:
You are the person being evaluated and you share your preparation by clicking on "I am DONE, share my answers": your answers will therefore be visible to your evaluator throughout their preparation phase and during the face-to-face meeting. Maintenance will disappear from your "Actions to Perform"
You are the person being assessed and you do not share your preparation by clicking on "Save without sharing": your answers will not be visible to your assessor during their preparation phase and during the face-to-face meeting. The interview will remain in your "Actions to be carried out", your preparation phase being considered not completed. The evaluator may, however, move on to the face-to-face stage without you having shared your answers
You are the evaluator and you share your preparation by clicking on "Share my answers": your answers will therefore be visible to your assessee throughout the preparation phase but also when it is over and the interview will be in the exchange phase (the assessee will be able to click on the title of the interview which will appear in the "My Interviews" section and will be able to see your preparations
You are the assessor and you decide not to share your preparation with the assessee by clicking on "Do not share my answers". The latter will therefore not have access to your answers throughout the preparation phase. They will also not be able to access it when the interview is in the exchange phase (the assessee will be able to click on the title of the interview which will appear in the "My Interviews" section but will not be able to see your preparations). During the face-to-face, you will have the possibility to open and view your preparation in a new tab
II/ Sharing choices and their impact on the writing of the report:
The different choices of sharing or not sharing the preparations will have an impact on the writing of the report by the evaluator.
Here are the different scenarios:
Both sides shared their responses. Thus, during the writing of the report and during the face-to-face phase, the two preparations can be visible and reused (copied and pasted using the corresponding button)
The "Copy Preparation" buttons
Neither side shared his answers. The manager will be able to pick from his answers that can be consulted in another tab. He will not have access to the answers of the assessee.
The evaluator shared his responses. The assessee, on the other hand, did not share them. During the face-to-face meeting, the evaluator will be able to see and reuse his preparation thanks to the button "Copy and edit this preparation in the report".
The assessee shared his answers. The evaluator did not share them. During the face-to-face meeting, the evaluator will be able to see and reuse the evaluation's preparations as well as his or her own.
Nevertheless, it is important to know that the actions of sharing preparations are not irreversible. It is possible to reverse and change their visibility.
Here are the different possibilities:
If you as an assessee have not shared your answers and the interview is still in the preparation phase, you can go to the "My interviews" section and click on the three dots and then on "Modify preparation". At the end of the questionnaire, you will be able to share your preparation

Click on "I'm done, share my answers"
If, as an assessee, you have shared your answers and the interview is still in the preparation phase, you can go to the "My interviews" section and click on the three dots and then on "Modify preparation". At the end of the questionnaire, you may not share your preparation
If, as an assessee, you have shared your answers and the interview is in the exchange phase, you can ask your assessor to retake the interview in the preparation phase. That's when you'll click "Finish my preparation." At the end of the questionnaire, you may not share your preparation
If, as an evaluator, you have not shared your answers and the interview is in the exchange phase, you can ask your evaluator to retake the interview in the preparation phase. That's when you'll click "Finish my preparation." At the end of the questionnaire, you will be able to share your preparation
If, as an evaluator, you have not shared your answers and the interview is still in the preparation phase, you can find the interview in question in your "Actions to do" and click on the three dots and then on "Modify preparation". At the end of the questionnaire, you will be able to share your preparation
If, as an evaluator, you have shared your answers and the interview is still in the preparation phase, you can find the interview in question in your "Actions to do" and click on the three dots and then on "Modify preparation". At the end of the questionnaire, you may not share your preparation

Share your preparation during the exchange as a Manager
When the manager wishes to share his preparation during the exchange, he has several solutions:
• Log in before the face-to-face interview and publish your preparations
• During the face-to-face meeting the manager can then "open in a new tab" [MISSING IMAGE, PLEASE FIX MANUALLY]
then it is possible to copy and paste the preparation into the report by clicking on "Copy and paste this preparation into the report".

Publish my preparation during the interview phase\
As a reviewee, even if you have not shared your preparation before your reviewer changed the review status to the interview phase, it is still possible to give access to your preparation to the reviewer from your Javelo personal account.
First, you need to enter the relevant review, clicking on its title, then you just have to click on Publish my preparation in the top right corner :
