How to share my preparation
Ahead of your meeting, you can prepare the answers to ensure a smooth discussion. Once the preparation is complete, you'll have the option to share your responses in advance. If preparation isn’t possible, you can choose the Skip the preparation option.
After the preparation is done, you can decide whether you want to share your answers with your collaborator. Sharing your preparation will give access to your responses during the interview phase.
The decision to share or not share preparations will affect their visibility.
Here are the different scenarios:
You are the person being evaluated, and you share your preparation by clicking on Share my preparation: your answers will therefore be visible to your evaluator throughout their preparation phase and during the face-to-face meeting.
You are the person being evaluated, and you do not share your preparation by clicking on Don’t share my preparation: your answers will not be visible to your assessor during their preparation phase and during the face-to-face meeting.
You are the evaluator and you share your preparation by clicking on Share my preparation: your answers will therefore be visible to your assessee throughout the preparation phase and also during the interview.
You are the evaluator, and you do not share your preparation by clicking on Don’t share my preparation: your answers will not be visible to your assessee during their preparation phase and during the interview. However, during the face-to-face meeting, you will have the possibility to open and view your preparation in a new tab.

Neither side shared their answers. The manager will be able to pick from their answers, which can be consulted in another tab.
The evaluator shared the responses. The assessee, on the other hand, did not share them. During the face-to-face meeting, the evaluator can copy their preparation.
The assessee shared his answers. The evaluator did not share them. During the face-to-face meeting, the evaluator can see and reuse the assesse's preparations as well as their own - by opening them in another tab.
