Custom Fields: Custom field values can now be deleted while editing (and date fields are coming soon!)
Values can now be displayed in alphabetical order for easy scanning
Quick Actions: You can now create goals, training sessions, and reviews directly from user profiles

Setting and tracking goals is now smoother than ever:
Percentage-based goals are now the default (because you use them the most)
Duplicating goals? The title field is now auto-filled to save you time

360 Reviews: Nominate up to 50 people for more comprehensive feedback
Anonymous Surveys: HR employee's responses aren't highlighted for easy sharing of results
Improved Reports: PDF Interview reports are now easier to read and analyze

🔄 User Sync
For our enterprise users: We now support syncing users without email via SCIM, using their employee ID.
