Sometimes you need to add an employee to a review campaign after it has already started. This can happen if an employee was hired after the launch date or was accidentally missed during the initial setup. You can easily add new reviewees to any active campaign.
Add a reviewee to a live campaign
Follow these steps to add one or more new participants to an ongoing 1-on-1 review campaign:
1. Click on the tab Performance > Campaigns and select the desired campaign.
2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner and select Add reviewees.
3. A new panel will open on the right. In the search box, start typing the name of the employee you wish to add and select them from the drop-down menu.
4. Click Launch reviews.
Once invited, the Reviewees receive an invitation to prepare their review.
