In the Campaign category, you can launch your Talent Review campaign and consult the Action Plan results.
Campaign board
The Campaign board presents the following information:
Title: Title and campaign date.
Completion: Percentage of answers.
Launch date: Campaign launch date indicated backward from today.
Progress: Indicate if the campaign is launched or completed.
You can filter campaigns by Launch date, Progress and Reviewee with the filter on top of the board.
Table of employees
The columns
Select a campaign to access to the information in detail.
The table of users presents all the key information on the participants:
Reviewee: Evaluated
Role: Role of the Evaluated
Evaluation: The result of the evaluation once completed
Launch date: Date of launch of the evaluation
Progress: Status of the evaluation
Actions are possible on the different columns:
Click on the Reviewee column to order the Rated in alphabetical order
Click on the Launch Date to order them from oldest to newest, and vice versa,
Click Progress to sort the groups by status.
The Progress Column
In the progress column of the employee list, it shows whether the campaign was launched for each employee.
Reviewer missing: The assessor chosen does not match the assessed (for example, if the assessor has the N+2 role and the person chosen does not have a hierarchical relationship with an N+2). Then choose another reviewer with + Add reviewers then close the window with the cross in the top right.
Not started: The campaign has been launched but none of the participants have yet answered questions.
Ongoing: One of the participants responded to the campaign.
To review: All responses were collected
Actions on the Progress column
Depending on the status of the preparation, you can do the following by clicking on the three dots at the end of the line depending on it. Your options are more or less limited depending on your role (Administrators, HR, HR Group, Manager):
If the evaluation is Not started
Edit participants: Change the reviewers.
Raise: Remind reviewers to begin or complete their review.
Delete: The request for evaluation shall be deleted.
If the evaluation is ongoing
Prepare: Start the preparation.
Manage participants: Change the reviewers.
Remind: Remind reviewers to begin their evaluation.
Pass the preparation: Do not complete the questionnaire (this option is only available if at least one preparation has already been made).
Delete: The request for evaluation shall be deleted.
If the evaluation is To review
Read results: Access the conclusions of the preparation.
Write Action Plan: Allows you to complete the action plan from the talent reviews page
See participants: Opens a menu on the right with the name(s) of the appraised and appraised.
Reopen preparations: Modify preparations and/or participants.
Mark as completed: Concluded talent review.
Update your preparation: This option appears when the assessment has been started and allows you to change your answers.
If the assessment is to be completed
Read results: See the graphical representation of the results.
Edit action plan: Modify the action plan after it is decided.
See participants: Opens a menu on the right with the name(s) of the appraised and appraised.
Delete: The request for evaluation shall be deleted.
Overview
With Overview and Matrix, you can discover a global overview of employee's answers on any given campaign.
With the filters on top of the page, you can visualize results per Groups, and Custom fields
The Overview page offers various graphs.
Future growth
Future Growth is the graphical representation of Section 4, Short-term evolution. To see individual results, place your mouse on the different parts of the graph to see on the right which percentage of employees were classified in which Growth category by Reviewers, and on the left the exact number of employees.
Flight risk
Find here the employee average, evaluated in this campaign, that reviewers think are about to leave the company (Section 6).
Comparable results
A graphical representation of each dimension's average (Performance, Impact of Leaving, Potential, Commitment) for all of the employees reviewed in this campaign.
Evolution highlight
The different boxes show an average of the results on all the Talent reviews carried out in the company but it is possible to filter the Rated according to the different categories:
Top talent: Rated with outstanding performance and potential (combination of High Performance and High Potential).
Top potential: Has a high growth potential.
Top Performer: Constantly demonstrates strong performance.
Succession plan: Requires a defined transfer plan to succeed.
Leaver: Show signs of wanting to leave.
Not committed: Lack of dedication and long-term commitment.
Low potential: Shows minimal growth and future contributions.
Lower performer: Operates below standard and needs improvement.
Risky leaver: Lack of commitment and dedication.

With Matrix, select the variables you want to compare. In Y, you can select the answers to questions about employees' potential (on the right):

Select with the menu the data you would like to put in parallel on the two axes of the graph.
The colored panels represent the correlation between two variables. The proportion of employees is indicated as a percentage in every panel where two variables intersect.
Then, click on a panel to see the details of the employee, their manager and their evaluation.
The action plan
The Action Plan is a set of decisions you can make based on the results of the Talent Review. Thanks to the averages created from the questionnaires, you can better guide your decision-making towards an employee or a team and motivate it or offer them a new challenge.
Once you have finished preparation, click on the three dots in the last column.
Select Edit action plan to write an Action plan in the menu displayed on the right.
You can also select Read results to consult the result's graphical representations and then write the Action plan.
In the center of the screen, you can browse through the different categories to view the Rating averages for each area (Performance, Potential, Commitment, Future growth, Impact of leaving, Flight Risk) and their comments.
On the right, the Performance chart represents or is located in the Evaluation in relation to all areas.
The action plan can be created, edited, or deleted directly by the manager, HR or HR group by clicking on the three small dots or created and edited with the button at the top right.
In the lower right, the Additional Informations recalls the information on the Rated:
