The Talent Review is a short questionnaire specially created to evaluate several variables concerning one or more employees or groups (Performance, Risk, Potential, Impact, Engagement, Evolution). At the end of this questionnaire, the reviewers (Manager, Manager N+, HR, HR Group) are invited to create an action plan to respond to the questionnaire's conclusion (High Performance, Non-committal, Poor Performance, High Start Risk...).
Start a campaign
1. To launch a talent review, go to the Talent reviews category.
2. Select Campaign and click + New talent reviews.
Participants
3. From the Reviewees menu, select the person(s) or the Team(s) that are the subjects of the talent review. You can add as many Reviewees, or Teams, as you like, or select the entire company.
Reviewers
4. From the Reviewers menu, then select the person(s) or role(s) responsible for the review.
5. You can then add another Reviewees and Reviewer group with New Group in the top right. There is no limit to the number of groups you can add.
6. Once your selection is complete, click on Next at the bottom right.
Email message
7. In the Email message section, Set up the email sent to Reviewees any way you want, and then click Next.
8. In the Summary section, you will find a summary of the selected information and message before launching your campaign.
9. Once launched, you are taken back to the Talent Review page and a green message at the top confirms the campaign's launch.
Preparing the Talent Review
To prepare the talent review, the Reviewers must complete the questionnaire specially created for this purpose.
The questionnaire is in the language chosen for the whole company and not the language chosen by the user.
All questions are mandatory to generate a chart and a conclusion at the end of the Talent Review.
