Login or reset
Two scenarios can arise:
1/ I have never logged in to Javelo, I need to create my login details
I received an invitation email in my inbox
Click on the link and follow the steps to create a login
I haven't received the invitation email
- Check your spam
- The sender of the email is Javelo<[email protected]>
- The subject line of the email is: First Name Last Name invites you to join javelo
- If you haven't received it, you can ask your company's HR admin
Checks on the HR Admin side
- Check that notifications are enabled >>How do I do this?
- Resend the invitation email >>How do I do this?
- If the email is not received after these verifications, contact the support team
2/ I have already logged in and I have forgotten my password
- Go to app.javelo.io
- Select "reset"
- Check the email received in your inbox as well as in your spam folder.
- Follow the password reset steps
Change my password
The password can be modified from Settings > My account.
