On Javelo, the HR role allows you to have access to all employee interviews on the platform.
There may be several project managers who have these rights.
This means that you will have mutual access to your ongoing and validated interviews.
It is possible to block access to these various interviews so that they remain confidential.
To do this, you will need to follow the following protocol:
Create two different groups, one with the members of the HR team and another with the rest of the employees
Go to the collaborator tab, then users and look for the HR of the tool.
Then change the roles from HR to group HR by selecting the group with all employees. Thus, they will only have access to all employees and no longer to interviews with members of the HR team.

We recommend keeping a person with the role of HR in the HR team to have visibility on all employees, including the HR team.
Indeed, a group HR will have visibility only on its perimeter and will not be able to export or import an employee database on Javelo.
