Several actions are available to you when members of the HR team need to be autonomous on their perimeter.

First of all, you will have to assign the role of group HR to the employees who will be responsible for their scope.

To do this, you will need to create a group and then attach the employees who are part of the same perimeter to it. You can then assign the group HR roles to the HR employee.

In the People category click on the 3 small dots at the end of the employee's line and select Set admin roles.

Tick Group HR and then add the desired groups in the insert.

Then add the assigned group.


After assigning this role, the employee will be able to:

  • Access all types of interviews launched on people in your area via the "explore" tab

If, as a global HR, you launch a campaign on all the employees present on Javelo, then the group HR will be able to access the content of the interviews of the employees in its scope.

2. If you want the group HR to have access to the features of the in-app report as well as reminders on its scope, then you can give it visibility on the campaign launched

You will find attached the protocol for adding a collaborator to the visibility of a campaign


3. Launch and monitor interview campaigns on your perimeter

Just like global HR, group HR will be able to launch and monitor campaigns independently within its scope

Assigning this role will also provide access to the following features:

  • Edit information on the profiles of users within your scope

  • Give group HR rights on its managed groups to any user of the platform

  • Visibility into the users of its perimeter

  • Add users to drip and attach them to groups within its scope

  • Create quizzes
