Interview participants can be restarted individually or on a massive scale. Reminders maximize your completion rates by inviting participants to complete their interviews.

⚠️ It is not possible to restart interviews with "Completed" or draft status.

If you are the line manager and evaluator, you can restart my N-X on 1:1 interviews from the My Team tab. Click on the three dots at the end of the line and select Remind followed by the name of the Reviewee.

If you are not the line manager but a 1:1 interview reviewer, you can restart the people you review from the Dashboard > Reviewer only.

If you are global HR, you can remind any employee on any type of interviews (1:1, 360, survey, private interviews) from Performance > Campaign. Then, within a specific campaign, click on the three dots at the end of a user line and select Remind followed by the employee's name.

If you are Rh group, you can remind the collaborators who belong to the groups for which you have rights or you are an evaluator (1:1, 360, private interviews + 1:1 interviews).

If you’ve created an interview or campaign, you can relaunch the 1:1 people I created.

From the campaign detail page of the category Performance> Campaigns, then by selecting the relevant campaign, it is possible to restart several campaign participants at once. Click on Remind on the top right corner.

The recovery options are as follows: A manager with multiple interviews will only be relaunched once.

Once the group of people to be restarted is selected, you must write a reminder email in the box that will appear.

For your information, the statuses indicated in the progress bar below tell you about the status of an interview (composed of the evaluator and the evaluator):
