What is the difference between a private review and a one-on-one review?
What is the difference between a private review and a one-on-one review?

An individual review is an interview conducted between the employee and the manager. This maintenance includes:

• A preparation phase

• An exchange phase (where the manager writes the minutes)

• A validation phase

This type of review can be initiated by an admin or group HR exclusively

A private review is an interview launched only outside the campaign. It does not allow reporting (csv file / in-app report). This is completely transparent for the employee.

Example of private maintenance use: A consulting firm wants managers to call their employees monthly because they don't work together. The idea is to ask them a list of questions (defined by HR) and keep the notes on the same platform.
