1. To create an interview, go to the My Team page tab, if you're a Manager, and click Create Interview.
For Admins, go to the Performance tab > Interviews and click Create Interview.
2. Select the "One-on-one interview" type:

All you have to do is give it a title, define the interlocutors and the evaluation period.
4. Choose the desired questionnaire from the saved templates:
📌 It is possible to preview it with the Preview option.
5. Define the maintenance timeline:
The Preparation Deadline is the date by which users must have finished preparing for their interview
The Interview Deadline is the date on which the interviews must be validated by the manager and the employee.
Once the dates are selected, click Next.
Finally, all that's left to do is Start the interview!
