Improved experience on the user management page

We are pleased to announce a major improvement to the "Users" page.

From now on you will be able to easily manage mass actions on your users.

To do so, you will have access to new statuses. This will allow you to easily identify the status of each user thanks to a different colour, which will allow you to better understand where they are in their user journey.

Here are the different statuses available:

  • "New" (grey): this is a user who has been created but not yet invited. If they have not provided their email address, no password has been generated for them.

  • "Invited" (blue): this user has received an invitation to join our platform. If they have not provided their email address, a temporary password has been sent to them or a mail has been sent to invite them. If an "Active" user regenerates their password, they become "invited" again.

  • "Active" (green): this user has accepted their invitation and is now active on our platform. If they have not provided their email address, this means that they have used their token (temporary password).

  • "Deactivated" (yellow): this user has been deactivated.

In addition, if you reactivate a user, they will revert to their previous state. For example, if they had never been invited, they will revert to "New".

Also note that notifications will be enabled or disabled depending on how the user was created. If you have chosen the option "I do not wish to send invitations at this time" when importing manually, the user will have notifications disabled. If you have chosen the option "I want to send invitations to all new users", the user will have active notifications.

We hope that this improvement will make it easier for you to manage your list of users and better track their usage patterns on our platform.
