An automated synchronization with PeopleSpheres can be configured in Javelo.
⚠️ If you’re already using Javelo and have users in the app, please read Preparing Javelo for External User Source Integration before proceeding.
How to configure the synchronization between PeopleSpheres and Javelo?
⚠️ Your Javelo account needs some high privileges to achieve this step (company manager role).
Go to “Settings" (⚙️ icon)in the upper right corner of your Javelo account.
Select “Integrations” from the navigation menu under the Company section.
Click "Configuration" in the "PeopleSphere integration" panel.
Click "Activate".
The activation will generate a token. Copy the token and paste it in your SCIM interface to start the synchronization.
❗ Please note that the token is only displayed once. If you fail to store it, you will need to generate a new one.
How to deactivate the synchronization?
If you need to interrupt the synchronization, you can come back to the Integrations tab and click “Disconnect” at the bottom of PeopleSpheres integration panel:
Then check the box "OK, I understand" and click "Confirm" to delete the integration :
What is synchronized with PeopleSpheres?
Javelo acts as a server to which the external system sends real-time information. In simple terms, the external system "pushes" user information to Javelo, which processes and saves it in the database. Javelo can synchronize PeopleSpheres users with the following attributes:
