The "Evaluate past training" option

When preparing your questionnaires/templates, the option "Rate past training" can be activated. This option will allow participants to evaluate the training courses that have been accepted by the HR department.

1. Access the questionnaires in the Performance tab and then the Campaign category.

2. Click on Form templates in the top right.

3. Click on Create new template.

4. Select a One-on-One Interview.

5. Then click on Add Question in the middle and select the Smart Modules option.

6. Then the option Evaluate past training course.

Once the module has been activated, the training courses accepted by the HR department will be raised in the interview. Then when clicking on the row of a course, a window will open on the right allowing you to have a summary of the course and to update it.

You will be able to:
- Add a status: completed or not completed
- Indicate a completion date
- Indicate whether the training is certified: yes or no
- Add a comment

Finally, after the validation of the interview, the training courses with updates will go up to the employee's profile page:
