How do I reset a personal email address (registration number)?

In the event that an employee who logs in via the employee number wishes to reset his password but no longer remembers the personal email address entered or has made a typo, the HR administrator has the possibility to reset the employee's personal email address from the platform by following these steps:

1. Go to the People tab.

2. Filter on Contact Information.

3. Click on the 3 dots at the end of the relevant employee's line and select Reset personal email address.


​Once the email address has been reset, you can generate a new temporary password for that user and the employee's personal email address will be requested again the next time you log in.
