In the event that an employee who logs in via the employee number wishes to reset his password but no longer remembers the personal email address entered or has made a typo, the HR administrator has the possibility to reset the employee's personal email address from the platform by following these steps:
1. Go to the People tab.
2. Filter on Contact Information.
3. Click on the 3 dots at the end of the relevant employee's line and select Reset personal email address.
Once the email address has been reset, you can generate a new temporary password for that user and the employee's personal email address will be requested again the next time you log in.
